Blake Parsons started RBP COMMUNITIES in 2018 after an extensive background in Senior Housing working for a family owned, owner and operator of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. While having the direct opportunity to work in and excel in all areas of the business, Blake decided to go out on his own to acquire assets and grow his portfolio.  From on site operations, to major construction project management and overseeing finance and administrative responsibilities, Blake has been able to learn it all. Prior to being in Seniors Housing, Blake was a commercial real estate agent and project manager for a commercial real estate brokerage and development company in Southern California.

Blake is supported by his wife Maren and their children; daughter Parker and son Daeler.
